To avoid any cancellation fees, please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a charge of 50% of the service fee – subject to the discretion of the business owner.
Cancelations made on the day of appointment, once business has commenced, may be required to cover 100% of the service fee.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full service fee.
Exceptions: I understand that emergencies can happen. If you have a legitimate reason for a late cancellation or no-show, please contact me to discuss the situation.
Changes to Policy: I reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to our clients.
